What is Clik2Fix?
Clik2Fix is an easy-to-use booking platform for people who have a plumbing, heating or drainage issue and require an engineer appointment on-demand. Based in the South East of England, Clik2Fix allows you to book a preferred time slot for an accredited engineer to come to your house and sort out home emergencies and everyday repairs.
How do I use Clik2Fix?
You can now book a job with just a few clicks for a time that suits you. Best part of all, you don’t even have to be an existing SES Home Services customer.
To book a job with Clik2Fix, simply go through the 4-step process:
- Choose Your Job – select a service from heating, plumbing and drainage
- Give Us Your Details – Enter your home address and provide us with details of your problem. Add photos if you’d like to, so our engineers have as much information as possible to help you
- Choose a Time – Select the most convenient appointment from our available times
- Confirm Your Appointment – Make a payment to secure your booking and let us take it from here
